1 hour allowed for Remote Diagnostic. While there are some limitations of not physically being there to work on a computer, as long as the computer can power on and connect to the internet - there are lots of things we can do to diagnose problems you may be having with your computer. We will use various software tools, questions about how your computer is behaving and the knowledge we have acquired from years of working on computers to quickly and accurately discover what is causing the issue. We can give you a variety of solutions and you can decide what plan of action to take.
